Nursery (in school time and only for children in on Friday afternoons)
Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 - 3:30pm - 4:30pm
Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 - 5pm - 6:15pm
PLEASE NOTE for KS1 disco unfortunately you will need to collect your child from school at 3:15 and get them changed before bringing them to the hall to queue at the correct year group queue for their year.
Disco at to start at 3:30. There will be a girl and boy changing areas for the children.
(see our facebook page for more details). We cannot be responsible for changing your child or bringing them to the disco, we do not have enough volunteers to do that.
A tuck shop will be available before each session outside the Exmoor building, it will be selling Sausage Rolls, Muffins, Flapjacks, Cookies, Fresh Fruit and Sweets. These can be brought either in advance by adding a ticket for the snack wanted when purchasing a disco ticket or can be brought on the day for cash or card or Paypal.
You can use the time from 3:15 to 3:30 to get changed and purchase snacks/sweets from the tuck shop.
Please can children bring their own labelled bottle to the disco which we can fill for free with squash as we are trying to reduce the amount of waste from disposable cups.
If you need tickets for different sessions please use the event session for the correct year group for each ticket.

If you want to stay but not chaperone we will be serving Tea and coffee in the exmoor building classroom (opposite the school hall).
We will also be a running a tuck shop before each session. Tickets for snacks can be added with the ticket for the entry in advance or they can be brought on the day
If your child struggles with noise or finds the disco overwhelming we will be having a quiet space in the Library staffed by our first aider. Please also bring children’s ear defenders labelled if needed for noise.
Please make sure you have included child’s name, year group, emergency contact details, medical details and who will be collecting child or if they are walking.
