Welcome to Taw Class!
Our day starts at 8.40am and finishes at 3.15pm
PE is every Thursday morning (come in PE kit)
Outdoor Learning is every Wednesday afternoon - (bring wellies!)
Please make sure book bags are bought into school each day.
A water proof coat and a drinks bottle (with water only) are also essential.

Art Week
​
In Taw class the children have been busy focusing on their drawing skills. We experimented using different drawing materials and different ways of making marks. We looked at the artist Van Goh who is famous for his line drawing. We used this skill to design our final piece and drew different images linked to childhood for our journal covers. What a great start!
Maths
​​
In maths year 1 have been focusing on greater than, less than and equals to. We have explored this using different numbers within 20. The children have used different resources to do this. We have really enjoyed this learning!
In reception we have been busy sorting and matching objects. The children have found this fun and have shared their knowledge and understanding with each other.
